DRIVE Men's Club
Privacy policy
Last updated September 13, 2026
DRIVE Men's Club ("the club", "we") is a private community of men. This policy explains what data we collect on drivemensclub.com and in the club app, why we need it and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only in encrypted form). You provide them when you sign up.
- Profile: your field of work and photo, if you choose to add them.
- Club activity: your "going / maybe / not going" answers and event attendance, poll votes, comments and messages in the club chat.
- A device token for notifications, if you allow notifications in the app.
- Technical data: sign-in logs and device information needed to run the service securely.
How we use it
- To run the club: your cabinet, events, polls and chat.
- To contact you personally: the club administrator can see members' names, phone numbers and emails.
- To send the notifications you allowed — about events, polls and club messages.
- To protect accounts and the community from abuse.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who else sees your data
- Other club members see your name, photo, messages, comments and event answers.
- The hosting provider whose servers run the site.
- Apple and Google — only to deliver push notifications.
We disclose data when the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in your profile: your personal data is deleted with it.
Age
The club is intended for adults. The service is not intended for anyone under 17.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
